Priority Break Down Chart # 1

1. You may be in the scenario where you are not quite sure, what direction you want to go with yourself?

If this is the case this tool will greatly assist you in coming up with an idea of what it is you are looking to do with yourself. So for starter’s let’s get out a couple pieces of paper and a pen!

 

Step 1-  Take a good look at the chart above, then write down how you would rate each category above.

Step 2- After you have rated the categories above you can start working on the areas you rated the lowest first. Then one by one, every week start over till your life has found more balance. 

*If you have a priority that is not on the chart above that is okay because this chart is just a baseline for you to choose from.

Step 3 –  Nothing is wrong with reaching out for assistance so if you feel you need help to do all of the above please contact us. As we have been trained with the proper questions to help you dig a little deeper and have the skills it takes to help you work on building a list of realistic goals to better balance your life.
